This is an omnichannel analytics slide showing tactics, action, responsible, deadlines, and deliverables. In our example, as tactics, we described social activities follow-ups (e.g. comments, posts) and customer feedback surveys. As an action proposal, we wrote employing a media agency to provide statistics, the voice of the customer (VOC), MS, CAWI, etc. As deliverables - collected social media feedback, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) measured cross-channels.
